高血压是一种以动脉血压升高为主要表现的疾病，为常见的慢性病，多见于中、老年，一般40 岁以上的成年人收缩压应在144 mm，舒张压为90 m/m以内，本病有原发性与继发性两种，原发性多因精神刺激，情绪波动，使高级神经机能活动紊乱，皮肤下部的血管舒张收缩中区形成固定兴奋灶，全身小动脉持久痉挛，各器官缺血，尤其是肾脏缺血，引起一系列体液变化，以及小动脉硬化的因素，使血压恒定性增高，继发性高血压多由泌尿系统疾病，颅 内疾患及内分泌疾患等所引起。

一般若在160/95 以上多伴有眩晕、头痛、头胀、耳鸣、心慌、手指发麻、面红、烦躁、失眠等症，体检有时可见左心肥大，主动脉瓣第二音亢进，也有在高血压病程中症状突然加剧，血压急剧升高、出现激烈头痛、心跳过速，视力模糊、心绞痛、呼吸困难，面色潮红或苍白等症状，称为『高血压危象』，多见于高血压晚期，有时因血压急剧升高，还可致脑部循环障碍而引起脑水肿或颅内压增高，而见头部剧痛、恶心、呕吐、甚至昏迷、惊厥等症状，称为高血压脑病。

High blood tension is expressed in high blood pressure of artery. It is a chronic disease usually exists in middle or aged people. The high and low blood pressures of adult normally shall be in between 140mm and 90mm. The disease can be of original or subsequent. Those of original are mostly caused by spiritual stimulating, mood swing etc. to make nerve system disorder and the blood vessel control staying in tension state. The small arteries remain sustained spasm and making insufficient blood supply especially to renal organs resulted in arteriosclerosis and hypertension. Those of chronic are usually caused by urina system disorder, inner skull diseases or internal excretion malfuntioning. If the blood pressure is above 160/95, symptoms such as dizzy, head ache, head-tense, tinnitus, heart-flutter, numbed fingers, reddened face, irritancy and insomnia. During physical exam, hypertrophy left heart and heightened second sound of main artery are found. Sometimes the case may suddenly become serious, the blood pressure soars up, headache, heart pulse faster, blurred vision, heartburn, difficult breathing and the face turning reddened or pale. This is called “hypertension crisis", usually appeared in the later state of the disease. The rising of blood pressure may sometimes affect circulation in the brain to cause cerebral dropsy, inner skull pressure raising, resulting in serious head ache, neusea, vomiting, or coma or faint. It is call as "hypertensive cerebral disease.

曲池： LI11

定位：在肘横纹外侧端，屈时，当尺泽与肱骨外上髁连线中点。

Qu Chi (LI11):

功能：散风止痒，清热消肿。

主治：喉咙肿痛、齿痛，目赤痛，瘰疬，瘾疹，热病，上肢不遂手臂肿痛，腹痛吐泻，高血

压，癫狂。对老年斑、手肘疼痛、肌肤粗糙也有疗效。

阳陵泉 GB34：

定位：在小腿外侧，当腓骨头前下方凹陷处。

Yanglingquan (GB34): 

In the lower leg lateral, when the former head of the fibula below the depression. Riding a pedal position knees, below the fibular head before the depression point selection.

功能：疏肝利胆，疏筋镇痉。

主治：肋痛，口苦，呕吐，下肢痿痹，脚气，黄疸，小儿惊风。

太冲 LV3

定位：在足背侧，当第 1 踀骨间隙的后方凹陷处。

Taichong (LR3): 

in the dorsal foot, when the rear of the 1st metatarsal gap depression. Riding a pedal or a supine position, between the dorsal metatarsal 1,2, metatarsus junction in front of depression, when squatting long extensor tendon at the outer edge of acupoints.

功能：平肝熄风，健脾化湿。

主治：头痛，眩晕，目赤肿痛，口，肋痛，遗尿，疝气，崩漏，月经不调，癫痫，呕逆，小

儿惊风，下肢痿痹。

内关 PC6

定位：在前臂掌侧，当曲泽与大陵的线上，腕横纹上 2 寸，掌长肌腱与桡侧腕屈肌腱之间。

Neiguan (PC6):

足三里 ST36

定位：在小腿前外侧，当犊鼻下 3 寸，距胫骨前缘一横指（中指）

Zusanli (ST36): 

in the anterolateral leg, when the calf nose 3 inches from the leading edge of a cross-refers to the tibia (middle finger). Riding a bent position, in the lateral geniculate eyes (calf nasal) straight down Kazuo (3 inches) from the anterior tibial crest of a Wang pointed acupoints.

功能：和胃健脾，通腑化痰，升降气机。

主治：胃痛，呕吐，噎膈， 腹胀，泄泻，痢疾，便秘，乳痛，肠痈，下肢痹痛，水肿，癫狂，脚气，虚劳赢瘦。

风池 GB20

定位：在颈部，当枕骨之下，与风府相平，胸锁乳突肌与斜方肌上端之间的凹陷处。

Feng-chi (GB20): 

Ministry of the items, when the occipital bone, under the government of Ping with the wind, the upper trapezius muscle between the sternocleidomastoid and depression. 癫痫，中风，热痛，疟疾，瘿气。
