Apoplexy (Hemiplegic paralysis)中风 （偏瘫、半身不遂）- 1

脑溢血后脑神经受损，初期症状为血压过高、昏迷，经急救处理后出现症状为：半身不遂、言语不清、痰多，故应转为复健治疗，情况稳定后三个月内为复健的黄金期，应妥为把握，以免肌肉僵硬、萎缩。

若能掌握时效给予治疗，不但可以达到复健亦可防止二次中风或三次中风。

上肢瘫痪：肩髃、曲池、外关、合谷、手三里。(Upper

Apoplexy hemeplegic paralysis

It is caused by cerebral hemorrhage with initial symptoms of high blood tension and coma. After emergency therapy, the patient always suffered from hemiplegic paralysis, dysphonia, and phlegm and the rehabilitation therapy is to be followed. The three months thereafter is the best period which must be managed carefully to avoid stiffmuscle and atrophy.


If we applied the suitable therapy in time, not only the period of rehabilitation is shortened, it's also possible to avoid the second or third apoplexy.

These points are for Upper limb paralysis. (shown in the images can help stimulates our body to heal the mentioned diseases)

肩髃 LI15

定位：在肩部，三角肌上，臂外展，或向前平伸时，当肩峰前下方凹陷处。

Jian Yu (LI15):

In the antherior and inferior aspect of the acromion, in the depression between between the acromion and the greater tubercle of the humerus.
功能：散风清热，消痰止痒。

主治：肩臂孪痛不遂，瘾疹，瘰疬。

曲池： LI11

定位：在肘横纹外侧端，屈时，当尺泽与肱骨外上髁连线中点。

Qu Chi (LI11): 

In the depression of the radial side of the transverse cubital crease.

功能：散风止痒，清热消肿。

主治：喉咙肿痛、齿痛，目赤痛，瘰疬，瘾疹，热病，上肢不遂手臂肿痛，腹痛吐泻，高血

压，癫狂。对老年斑、手肘疼痛、肌肤粗糙也有疗效。

外关：TW5

定位： 在前臂背侧，当阳池与肘尖的连线上，腕背横纹上 2 寸、尺骨与桡骨之间。

Wai guan(SJ5):

On the dorsal side of the forearm in the line connecting TW4 and the tip of the elbow, 2 cun proximal to the transverse crease of the wrist, in the depression between the ulna and the radius.
功能：解表清热，聪耳明目。

主治：热病，头疼，目赤肿痛，耳鸣，耳聋，胁肋痛，上肢痹痛。

合谷 LI 4:

定位：在手臂，第 1、2 掌骨间，当第 2 掌骨桡侧的中点处。

Hegu (LI4): 

In the back of the hand, metacarpal 1,2, when 2nd metacarpal radial side of the midpoint. Thumb, showing two fingers open, with another hand thumb joint stripes on the tiger's mouth, when the jaws of death combined with the Ministry of 1,2 metacarpal midpoint of the line; thumb and index finger together and the highest point selection in the muscle.

功能：清热解表，明目聪耳。

主治：头痛，目赤肿痛，鼻衄，齿痛，牙关紧闭，口眼喎斜，耳聋，痄腮，咽喉肿痛，热病

无汗，多汗，腹痛，便秘，经闭，滞产。面部美容：由於合谷穴與整個頭部組織有關。

手三里 LI10：

定位：在前臂背面桡侧，当阳溪与曲池连线上，肘横纹下 2 寸。　

Shousanli (LI10): 

On the radial side of the forearm, 2 cun distal to the transverse cubital crease in the line connecting LI5 and LI11

功能：清热明目，理气通腑。

主治：齿痛颊肿，上肢不遂，腹痛，腹泻。

肾虚牙痛也称虚火牙痛有牙齿松动的感觉。 手三里可增强体质，是人体的强壮穴，所以平日也可多揉以健身。

下肢瘫痪：环跳、风市、委中、阳陵泉、太冲、足三里。


Lower limb paralysis:

环跳 GB30

定位：在股外侧部，侧卧屈股，当股骨大转子最凸点与骶管袭孔连线的外 1/3 与中1/3 交点处。

Huan Tiao (GB30):

On the lateral aspect of the body when the thigh is flexed, at the junction of the lateral 1/3 and medial 2/3 of the line connecting the greater trochanter and the hiatus of the sacrum.

功能：祛风化湿，疏通经络。

主治：下肢痿痹，腰痛

风市 GB31

定位：在大腿外侧部的中线上，当腘横纹上 7 寸。 或直立垂手时，中指处。

In the midline of the lateral aspect of the thigh, 7 cun proximal to the transverse popliteal crease.

功能：化风去湿，疏通经络。

主治：下肢痿痹，遍身瘙痒，脚气。

委中 BL40

定位：在腘横纹中点，当股二头肌腱与半肌肌腱的中间。

Wei Zhong (BL40):

At the midpoint of the transverse crease of the popliteal fossa, between the tendous of m. biceps femoris and m. semitendinous.

功能：清热醒脑，理血消肿。

主治：腰痛，下肢痿痹，腹痛，吐泻，小便不利，遗尿，丹毒。

阳陵泉 GB34：
定位：在小腿外侧，当腓骨头前下方凹陷处。

Yanglingquan (GB34):

The point is located in the sitting position with the knee bent at 90 degree or in the supline position, in the depression anterior and inferior to the head of the fibula.
功能：疏肝利胆，疏筋镇痉。

主治：肋痛，口苦，呕吐，下肢痿痹，脚气，黄疸，小儿惊风。

太冲 LV3

定位：在足背侧，当第 1 踀骨间隙的后方凹陷处。

Taichong (LV3):

in the dorsal foot, when the rear of the 1st metatarsal gap depression. Riding a pedal or a supine position, between the dorsal metatarsal 1,2, metatarsus junction in front of depression, when squatting long extensor tendon at the outer edge of acupoints.

On the dorsum of the foot, in the depression proximal to the first metatarsal space.

功能：平肝熄风，健脾化湿。

主治：头痛，眩晕，目赤肿痛，口，肋痛，遗尿，疝气，崩漏，月经不调，癫痫，呕逆，小儿惊风，下肢痿痹。

足三里 ST36

定位：在小腿前外侧，当犊鼻下 3 寸，距胫骨前缘一横指 （中指）。

Zusanli (ST36):

in the anterolateral leg, when the calf nose 3 inches from the leading edge of a cross-refers to the tibia (middle finger). Riding a bent position, in the lateral geniculate eyes (calf nasal) straight down Kazuo (3 inches) from the anterior tibial crest of a Wang pointed acupoints.

功能：和胃健脾，通腑化痰，升降气机。

主治:胃痛，呕吐，噎膈，腹胀，泄泻，痢疾，便秘，乳痛，肠痈，下肢痹痛，水肿，癫狂，脚气，虚劳赢瘦


痰多：丰隆、天突、中脘。

丰隆 ST40
定位- 在小腿前外侧，当外踝尖上8寸，条口外，距胫骨前缘二横指（中指）

Fenglong (ST40):

in the anterolateral leg, when the lateral tip of the 8-inch, extraoral article from the leading edge of the second cross-refers to the tibia (middle finger). Riding a knee or supine position, the rear hole in the mouth of a cross section refers to acupoints, when the calf nose and solutions about the midpoint of stream acupoints.

功能：化痰定喘，宁心安神。

主治：头痛，眩晕，痰多咳嗽，呕吐，便秘，水肿，癫狂痫，下肢痿痹。

 天突 CV22

定位：在颈部，当前正中线上，胸骨上窝中央。

Tian Tu (CV22):

Yang by the seat. In the neck, the current median line, the central suprasternal fossa. 1-inch hole on the Xuanji, nest on the middle of the sternum, riding, looking upward, point selection.

功能：宣统废气，消痰止咳。

主治：咳嗽，气喘，胸痛，咽喉肿痛，暴暗，瘿气，梅咳气，噎膈。

中院 CV12
定位：在上腹部，前正中线上，当脐中上4寸。

功能：和胃健脾，通降腑气。

Zhongwan (CV12):

supine position. In the upper abdomen, the former center line, when the umbilical in the 4-inch. 4-inch on the navel, belly line, sit-point selection.

主治：胃痛，呕吐，泛酸，腹胀，泄泻，黄疸，癫狂






言语不清：痖门、廉泉。

 痖门 GV15

定位：在颈部，当后发际正中直上0.5寸，第一颈椎下。

Yamen (GV15):

is sitting. Ministry of the items, when straight after hairline O. 5-inch, 1 cervical vertebra under. Riding, head slightly forward, at the midline into the hair after the O. 5 inches of sag in the acupoints.

功能：散风熄风，开窍醒神。

主治：暴暗，舌强不语癫狂痫，头痛项强。

廉泉 GV23：

定位：在颈部，当前正中线上，喉结上方，舌骨上缘凹陷处。

Lian Quan (CV23):  Yang by the seat. In the neck, the current median line, Adam's apple above the hyoid bone on the edge of depression. Riding, micro upward, above the Adam's apple, when the lower edge of hyoid depression acupoints.

功能：利喉舒舌，消肿止痛。

主治：舌下肿痛，舌缓流涎，舌强不语，暴暗，吞咽困难。
